Important information about the quality of T-nuts:

Please note that we offer high-quality T-nuts, which weigh almost 8 g per piece. Most other suppliers sell T-nuts with a weight of 6,7 g only. These T-nuts easily twist off when laded with approx. 30 NM. Please bear in mind that this load quickly occurs when fastening climbing holds.

For this reason do not compare the price only, but also the quality.

Assembling:

First of all mark all positions where you would like to place the T-nuts with the help of a grid. A hole grid of 10 cm (95 T-nuts required per sqm) or 15 cm (45 T-nuts required per sqm) is recommendable for boulder walls. Every other row should be staggered. Another possibility is to use the exactly as many T-nuts as climbing holds. The disadvantage of this layout is that there are only very few options to fasten the climbing holds on the wall. Furthermore you would have to dismantle all panels if you plan to extend your wall. Drill 12 mm holes where you marked the spots for your T-nuts. Place the T-nuts from the backside of the panel into those holes and hammer them down. Please apply a special wood-metal glue for a better halt of the T-nuts.

Warning!

Do not apply the glue on the thread as the T-nuts have to be cleaned cumbrously afterwards!
