It fulfils all the requirements that are placed on a top pole in the Nordic walking sector. That starts with the lightweight, fibreglass- reinforced shaft that at 115 cm in length only weighs 150 g. On one hand the barrel diameter of 16 mm combined with the material and shape offers the best swinging behavior. On the other hand the extremely good damping properties get a chance. The pole absorbs the vibrations when contact is made with the ground and therefore saves your joints. The neoprene mesh hand straps are detachable.
