If you want to train outside the climbing hall, this fingerboard is the perfect solution. It is made of high-quality polyester resin – the same material used for climbing holds in the hall. The pleasantly textured, non-slip surface offers optimal grip and enables targeted training for finger strength and body tension.

The training board impresses with its small footprint and wide variety of exercise options. Different pinches, ledges and one-, two- and three-finger holes offer varied training stimuli for every level. Thanks to varying depths, the load and difficulty can be individually adjusted. One-handed grip variations also allow for targeted training of blocking and pulling strength.

Simply mount it above the door frame, on the wall or on a stable wooden board – and climbing training can begin at any time.

Installation information:

Don't forget to check the structure of the wall beforehand - each time you use the fingerboard, strong forces act on the board and the wall.
Mounting the board above a doorframe has the advantage that your feet dangle freely during the training.
We strongly advise that you do not mount the board above staircases or steps due to the high risk of injuries if you slip
Pay attention to the mounting height. Too high restricts during pull-ups (head - ceiling). Too low is not ideal, either, if you constantly have to pull your legs up.
