The high quality friction plate, which is made of stainless steel, avoids unnecessary friction on your rope. This ensures a longer life span of your rope. This ascender is suitable for ropes with a diameter of 8 – 13 mm for hauling and for ropes with a diameter of 10 – 13 mm for self-belaying.
