These M10 drive-in nuts enable stable and reliable screw connections in wood in no time at all. Made from high-quality steel and electro-galvanised, they offer protection against corrosion in indoor areas and impress with their long service life. Weighing 7.8 g per nut, they are thicker than many standard products – and it is precisely this stability that prevents the prongs from breaking off under high loads or when tightened strongly, ensuring that the connection remains permanently reliable.

The four deep claws grip firmly into the wood and transfer the forces of the screwed components optimally to the nut. The final turns during tightening are particularly crucial: this is where the nut sits securely and permanently in the wood. For applications such as climbing holds or similar components, a maximum torque of 30 N·m should not be exceeded in order to protect the wood and the connection.

Tips for assembly:

First mark the positions where the drive-in nuts are to be inserted and drill holes with a diameter of 12 mm. Then drive the drive-in nuts into the panel from the rear. For even better hold, you can apply a special wood-metal adhesive to the outside of the nut. Make sure that no adhesive gets into the thread, as this will make the nut difficult to clean later.
