ALPIDEX Yoga mat
The yoga mat from ALPIDEX is the ideal solution for exercises at home, in the studio or when travelling. Its thickness of 0.6 cm enables a seamless connection to the floor without compromising comfort. You will love the exceptional stability and balance that this mat offers, especially for balance exercises. At the same time, the padding provides cushioning, which is easy on joints and muscles and reduces the risk of injury.
The textured surface of this exercise mat not only gives it an attractive design, but also provides additional grip and stability. Even during sweat-inducing workouts, Pilates or pregnancy gymnastics, you won't slip and will be able to concentrate fully on your activities. Depending on your needs, the mat can be selected in extra width so that you have more freedom of movement to perform your exercises in all directions without being restricted by the mat. Thanks to the non-slip properties of the material and the additional anti-slip texture on the underside, the exercise mat always stays in place.
A practical carrying strap is included in the scope of delivery. This means you can easily transport your rolled-up sports mat, which weighs just 800 / 1320 g, and take it with you wherever you go. The phthalate-free yoga mat not only impresses with its functionality, but also with its uncomplicated care. It can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth, keeping it hygienically fresh at all times. This is due to the environmentally friendly TPE material used, which is 100% biodegradable and not only free from PVC and latex, but also completely odour-free and particularly kind to the skin.
So that you can get started straight away, you will also receive an e-book with 100 varied yoga exercises as a PDF for download with your purchase - perfect for using your new mat in a versatile and effective way.
